Shipping:

Shipping is ALWAYS free at The Market. Your package will ship out between 24 and 48 hours upon receipt of your paid order. All packages are sent via first class or priority mail through The United States Post Office, unless otherwise noted.

At this time, I can also say that shipping will be free, unless specified, for all of our friends in Canada, The United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.

Returns:

Items returned in new condition, still in packaging, and within 30 days of order date will receive a full refund for purchase price. I do not give refunds for return shipping. If something arrives damaged or defective, please email me directly at katieswoolfood@yahoo.com and we will work it out.
